Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales periods, or when additional order verification is required.

International shipping usually takes 7–35 business days, depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders when available. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TONIVIS is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
